Randy’s diverse 30+ year work experience has ranged from Global Fortune 500 to mid-size regional service companies.  Executive management experience complimented with educational knowledge has given Randy a unique perspective and sensitivity to work/life balance. Randy has a long time passion towards achieving work/life balance and assisting others who desire the same.

In addition to work experience, Randy has served on many Board/Officer/Director volunteer positions with numerous community, school, church, and industry associations enhancing his knowledge of group and personal dynamics as well as the various issues that face such organizations and staff.

When Randy is not coaching, he serves as CEO and President of TMMG, Inc. located in High Point, North Carolina, where he manages the development of innovative tools and methodologies, production of new programs, as well as offers leadership to an organization that is dedicated to assisting individuals reach a better work/life balance.
